About Steve – Photographer/Artist
With over 40 years behind the lens, I’ve taken photography from a work-related task to a lifelong passion. My journey started while working as a deep-sea diver and bomb disposal specialist — documenting projects around the world, from the Arctic to India, Hawaii to Flanders Fields. What began as a technical need grew into a deep appreciation for capturing real moments, stunning landscapes, and the stories behind the scenes.
Today, I’m sharing that passion through this platform — displaying some of my favourite images, and more importantly, creating a space for learning and growth.
I’ve launched a Photo Club Group for photographers of all levels. Here, you’ll find practical photo tips, inspiration, and opportunities to join photo shoots and group assignments. Whether you shoot with a DSLR, or mirrorless— this is a place to sharpen your skills and get out shooting.
